Everyone loves magic, but it’s even better when performed by an adorable kid. In this unscripted video, we set kids up with their own stage to perform magic tricks for the camera. When they fail it’s adorable, and when the succeed it’s incredible.
By combining magic and kids, we were able to turn our viewers’ appreciation an admiration of magic to create excitement and awareness about the upcoming film Now You See Me 2.
Custom designed titles added to the tone of the video and elevated this piece from the typical BuzzFeed video.
In addition to thematic branding, the studio asked us to come up with an organic way to show the film’s logo on set. Our goal was to keep everything native and not pull viewers too much out of the experience – so we came up with an illusion wherein we could reveal a practical version of the film’s logo at the end of the piece.
